My Husband and I love to fix and flip houses. On our first date we discovered our shared passion for it and talked for hours about projects we had done and ideas we had for the future. To this day we still spend much of our day having a version of the same conversation we started on our first date.

This house will be our 5th and largest project together. Greg has taken the lead on most of them but this one is my baby. I have fantasies of restoring her to a 1920’s Art Deco grandeur but our budget will not let me go crazy unfortunately.

I fell in love with these grand old rooms. Hopefully the town archives will give me some insight to the people who lived here before and inspiration for budget friendly beauty.

This beautiful lady’s bones are nearly perfect, but because she has been sitting empty and open to the elements for at least 15 years we will have to repair a lot before getting to the fun shiny part.
